1. Room Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• Standard check-in is at 12:00 Noon and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Early Arrivals & Late Departures are subject to room availability and will incur additional half-day or full-day charges.
• The hotel management reserves the right of admission.
• All guests must present a valid Government-approved address and identity proof upon check-in. Acceptable documents include an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID.
• Foreign nationals and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) must produce a valid Passport and Visa details at the time of check-in.
• Cancellation or modification requests prior to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur zero charges. Any advance deposit will be fully refunded to the booking guest's bank account.
• Cancellations or modifications made between 48 and 72 hours of the standard check-in time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charge plus applicable GST.
• Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of the standard check-in time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 100% fee (forfeiture of the entire booking value).
• Once checked in, any requests to shorten the stay or cancel the remaining nights are entirely non-refundable.
• All requests for cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing via email to the Central Reservations Team. Verbal or telephonic communications will not be deemed valid until confirmed in writing by the hotel.
• Reservations booked via Travel Agencies and Online Travel Agencies (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda) must be cancelled or changed directly through the respective platform's system according to their contract parameters.
• Processing of verified and approved refunds will take up to 30 working days, and refunds will only be remitted to the booking guest's bank account.
• Children under 8 years of age stay complimentary. Children aged 8 to 12 years are charged at 50% of the extra person rate. Guests above 12 years of age are charged the full extra person rate.
• GST of 5% (Five Percent) is applicable for room tariffs up to ₹7,500 (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only), and 18% (Eighteen Percent) is applicable for room tariffs above ₹7,500 (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only).
• Outside food and liquor are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
• Appropriate swimming costumes are mandatory for accessing and using the swimming pool.
